Cinder: 9/10
In this modern retelling of Cinderella, Marissa Meyer adds her own special twist that will leave you craving more. Although Cinder is constantly being put down for being a cyborg, she constantly has people crawling to her for her mechanical skills, including Prince Charming himself. Cinder is a story similar to almost everyone's favorite fairy tale yet different in so many ways, giving it an edge on most books out on the market. Prince Charming truly is charming, and he will have you falling madly in love by the end of the book.
Overall, Cinder is one of those few rare books that leaves the audience wanting more. Thankfully, Cinder is only one of the hit series The Lunar Chronicles. I recommend this book to anyone looking for something classic with a modern, dystopian twist on it.
